ROAD TO REGIONALS

From thousands of athletes who competed in the CrossFit Open, only the Top 40 Men & Women progress through to the next stage in the CrossFit season. Regionals.

We follow three athletes from TheBrave - Mitch Sinnamon, Tom Lengyel and Jordan Bender two weeks out from competition. The guys get together for some training and quality banter before the official workouts are announced.

Get an insight into the lives and minds of some of the Pacific Regions fittest humans! Both The WOD Life and TheBrave will be at Pacific Regionals with Pop Up Shops, with new season gear!
