Good for barbell work but I found them a bit ‘sloppy’ for pull ups etc even with chalk.

To determine your glove size, measure the length of your dominant hand from the base of your palm to the tip of your middle finger.
If you are in between two sizes, it is safest to go for the size up, rather than the size down.

Great gloves! They do the job with comfort and style.
I have used them on both a pull up bar and barbell. I prefer to use them on the barbell as they brace my wrists nicely which lets me lift heavier... grip is good also. I have small hands so prefer skin gloves on the pull up bar (a personal preference there)
