Got these training shoes not only or the style but because of them being all rounders. I powerlift and they give me that contact on the floor when I do my lifts. Good tight fit, so there's no slip and slide.

I have a really hard time finding shoes that fit and are comfortable. So love my new Nanos. They are great for any WOD, we even had dreaded 200m runs last week and Nanos were supportive and comfortable. Especially like the padding under the front foot area. Makes jumping rope a lot less taxing I also coach Crossfit and these shoes are just the best to be active and standing and walking around ... I wear a ladies 10 and these are true to size... and my go to is black shoe, black sole... so glad to find that combination 🔥
