Amazing quality but do fit quite tight,depending on how much compression you like in future I’ll aim for a size up.
Really good support and good rebound at the bottom of the squat, feel a lot more confident with these on. Ordered an XL for my size and it maybe doesn't feel as tight as I'd like but still really rate them

First pair of knee sleeves I’ve ever purchased, can’t believe I didn’t buy them sooner. Give me the extra support I need to lift heavier, also helped me get my first pistols as I don’t have the best knee stability. They run true to size, just need to take into account your calves (which if you’re like me they’re hard to get over), but otherwise super happy!
Good knee support, start to slip down during wods if I wear them with long tights. Can feel the difference with my knee injury when training without them. I got the 5mm and still have enough mobilty to do box jumps etc with
