Designed to be used on any bar in any situation, the TWL Karbon Grips 3.0 will stick to the bar and reduce friction between the bar and your hands, reducing the likelihood of blisters and cuts.

How did we perfect the grip? We listened to the feedback from athletes all over the world who use our Karbon Grips. We studied the anatomy of the hand to find the ideal shape for protection but also mobility by allowing a full range of motion for your thumb which is needed for a hook grip on a bar.

We found the best finger hole shape for the grips because our fingers aren't just round, but oval shaped.

We added cushioning around the wrist for comfort and have thrown in a carabiner so they don't get separated in your gym bag and can even be clipped onto the outside of your bag to dry out after a workout.

We even went to the detail of testing many types of stitching between the male and female velcro on the strap to prevent the seam catching when you put on and take off your grips. Those few seconds could be the difference in a workout!
