COVID 19 UPDATE
Due to current world events related to the COVID 19 pandemic our shipping and refund services have been affected. We reserve the right to quarantine your return if we feel it is necessary before we process the return.
In an abundance of caution, all return processing will be quarantined for 5 days to ensure the health and safety of our employees.
We don’t expect any outgoing processing delays but we do expect interruptions in carrier services at some point during this crisis. We will update you as we know what happens.

RETURNS POLICY - WHAT’S YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS?
At The WOD Life, we takes our products and customer service seriously. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is ever an issue with our products or services provided, please get in contact with us. We will take care of this together with you to ensure you are satisfied.
In the instance where The WOD Life has sent you the wrong product, The WOD Life will organize the correct product to be sent out to you free of charge. The WOD Life will however require you to ship the incorrectly issued item back to our returns team via a printed shipping label, at the expense of The WOD Life.
However, where you have selected the wrong size, style or color this cost will need to be paid by you as the customer.
No returns, exchanges or refunds can be provided on items returned to The WOD Life in a used condition, or outside our terms and conditions. Shoes must be returned in their original box and items must be returned with their original packaging.
Please note that we will be only be providing a refund by the methods available to us at the time of your return. This may involve Bank Deposit, PayPal, Credit Card Reversal or Store Credit.
Please allow up to 7-14 days for refunds or credits to be processed.
The WOD Life reserves the right to refuse to accept a return if the product is not returned in a 'as new' condition or returned with the original packaging, including shoe boxes.
RETURN PROCESS - HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
1. If you decide you are not satisfied with your purchase you have 100 days from receipt of purchase to return and obtain a refund.
2. You must use the download, print and complete the Return Authorization HERE to begin the Returns Process.
3. Please package up your order in a box or package that is of suitable size, so the contents do not get damaged. It's very important that the goods received are in "as new" condition, or the same as which you originally received it. If this is a pair of shoes, please ensure that you don't place a shipping label on the shoe box, but include in a new bag, box or equivalent not to damage the contents.
4. Please ensure you include Your Name, Order Number, Shipping Address and details for return or exchange. It is important you complete the Return Authorization requirements, with all details to assist in the smooth process of your request.
5. Please include the Return Authorization Form with your product in the return package.
6. Please ensure the original invoice is also included in the package.
7. You are responsible for the return of the product, in an unused, as new condition.
8. You must select the appropriate method of shipping to return the product. We recommend using USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx or similar shipping with tracking and delivery confirmation, so you are able to track your return and confirmed we have received it.
9. Any package that has shipping, duties or tax owing will be returned to sender. It is important that you have full clearance on the package.
10. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund the cost of the items or provide a store credit. We will not refund the cost of shipping.
11. Where a replacement item is currently out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued at our discretion.
12. Please allow 7-14 Business Days from receipt of returned goods, for your return to be processed.
13. We will contact you as soon as the Return or Exchange has been processed by our returns department. Please do not email requesting updates as this will further delay the process.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS - MY ITEMS ARE DAMAGED OR FAULTY, WHAT TO DO?
If your gear becomes damaged or faulty after use, The WOD Life will work together with you to resolve the issue. If your gear has been used according to it’s intended use and are still within the returns period, we will work together with you to organize a replacement or a refund.
If your gear does not arrive in original condition or there is a fault, we will work together with you to ensure you are provided with what you purchased. Please contact us with your order number and we will organise a replacement.
