The Men's Flex Shorts 2.0 deliver comfort, versatility and style in every situation.

The lightweight moisture wicking fabric holds its shape perfectly and keeps you dry throughout your workout.

The 4-way stretch fabric, our signature above the knee cut and emphasised side splits designed specifically for freedom of movement ensure every rep counts.

A new feature in the 2.0 Flex Shorts is the elastic waist with a longer silicone grip tabbed drawstring to prevent it getting lost in the wash.

We have also engineered a wider hip to prevent the Flex Shorts from riding up when weightlifting.

The 2.0 Flex Shorts are even more comfortable than the best selling original Flex Shorts and results in less bar rubbing during workouts and less sizing issues.

Dual side pockets deliver added versatility to throw in your wallet, phone and car keys.

Second skin

By the beard of Odin, these shorts are like a smooth silky second skin gliding across my destroyed legs after Fran.

Sometimes you don’t even know you’re wearing them so I advise a quick check in the full length mirror before embarking on the WOD. Doing a WOD with no shorts is not fun. I can tell ya. I used to get terrible chaffing. Now there’s only soft sumptuous skin.
