Who would have thought that Double Under Crossovers with a beaded rope would have been programmed at the 2022 NoBull CrossFit Games. Then again in the 2023 Quarterfinals, single under crossovers with a beaded rope was programmed.
It just shows that you have to be prepared and that means ensuring you have access to your own Beaded Crossover Rope that you can adjust to your height and use for practice and competition.
We designed this rope to be easily adjustable and with a grippy handle for even the sweatiest of workouts.
The TWL Beaded Crossover Rope also includes its own carry bag so you can easily store it in your gym bag.
