CrossFit Open 2017 - The Journey Episode 3

The 2017 Open is here! In the lead up we have been following a selection of athletes in their preparation to the world’s biggest fitness competition.

In Episode 1, we visited Sean Brickwood and Josh Santhou. Episode 2 featured Joel Munro and Meg Cox. In Episode 3 we're visiting Khan Porter in Sydney and April Hering in Brisbane.

Khan has competed three times at the CrossFit Games, and won the Pacific Regionals in 2015. April Hering has competed twice at the Pacific Regional as an individual, placing 12th both times. Last year she competed in teams, and her goal is to make the Games this year with the CrossFit Torian team.
